I love this woman, her voice is captivating. Every emotion is expressed pain, sorrow, anger happiness. A vocal genius. She took a stance in tough times, her stle was sexy, home grown. It kills me that she was is not praised and put on a pedestal like Aretha and Glayds. Thats ok baby, Im going to keep the faith. Boys and girls a real diva Nina Simone.
