Monkeys with Guns 10: Police Taser Legless Man In A Wheelchair Right In Front Of His Daughter

The whole idea behind tasers are to prevent shootings and a safe alternative for taking a suspect down that will lessen the chance of injury to the officer and the suspect WHEN FORCE IS NECCESSARY.

I am pretty sure these cops are supposed to be using their mouths first to defuse a situation to get a suspect to cooperate, but once you put a taser in their hands it's as if they are given the green light to abandomn all procedure and act a damn ass.

The devices are being used as a first option in many cases and used as a torture device.

If we go strictly on the story of the victim here, and mind you it's just his side your hearing, than these monkeys sounded like they were looking to abuse some one.

And given his condition, his location and the fact they dropped the charges afterward, (funny how this reminds me of the episode with Dr. Gates up in Harvard), I am very much of the beliefe that these baboons are in the wrong.

Monkeys with guns man, I am telling you.

Monkey's With Guns 9

I'm all for gender and race equality but this is not what I had in mind.

Road rage is a hell of a thing but this right here is amazing.

Was it that serious?

You see stuff like this is why I don't Plaxico Burress from carrying a gun, you already have it tough as a black men from other murderous black criminals why the hell would we trust the cops to protect us?

Police Lieutenant in Taser Case Commits Suicide

I posted about this Taser death hear.

This is what happened to the cop who gave the order.

Police Lieutenant in Taser Case Commits Suicide

A New York City police lieutenant who gave the order to fire a Taser stun gun at a man who then fell to his death in Brooklyn committed suicide at Floyd Bennett Field early on Thursday, law enforcement officials said. The lieutenant, Michael W. Pigott, a 21-year veteran of the force, had been placed on modified assignment without his gun and badge after he gave the order to a sergeant to fire the Taser at a Bedford-Stuyvesant man, Iman Morales.
Mr. Morales, naked and with apparent signs of emotional disturbance, fell to his death from a building ledge after an officer shot him with the Taser, at the instruction of Lieutenant Pigott. Mr. Morales had been yelling at passers-by and swinging a long light bulb tube at officers before he fell.

Now I am not sure how I feel about this, lets say I believe that there is not some other issues involved in Pigott's life that led him to take his own life, (and I dont believe that, he must of had other issues going on), should the cop still be alive?

Yes but so should Mr. Morales.

Is it a fair trade?

There is no fair trade when it comes to the loss of life.

Could have been prevented, maybe, I dont believe a New York city cop is going to feel that much shame that he offs himself knowing his friends in blue get away with murder all the time.

So I say he had other concerns, but again I dont know the man.

What I am pretty sure is that if Mr. Morales was alive than Officer Pigott might still be here to, and that all goes back to the Monkeys with Guns not doing there jobs.

RIP to both Morales and Pigott, and peace to both there families.

Monkeys With Guns 6: Cops Taser A Naked Man.

Lets see you have a naked man so you know he is not armed, there are more of you than he, he is mentally disabled, and he is standing on a roof.

Of course the logical answer is to zap him.

Monkey With Guns 5: Critical Mass Bicyclist Assaulted by NYPD

And you wonder why people say f%^$ the police in particular NY PD.

This was a ride backed by an activist group called Critical Mass.

The cops do a bang up job of making asses out of themselves.

There is some type of feud between NY PD and Critical Mass.

No one knows for sure what Critical Mass is protesting for sure or what there agenda is other than better treatment bicyclist, there all over the board with there platform and there seems to be no central leadership.

But what is for certain is that they gather in major mass and have issue with the NY PD.

Which of course isn't hard to believe, whop doesn't have issues with NY PD?

I don't even live in NY any more and I still got issues with those bastards.

And growing up in NY if your a driver there wasn't any body more annoying than messenger bikes treating traffic like an obstacle course, I'm betting that they make a nice chunk of Critical Mass.

It's only natural that these two groups would get on each other nerves.

But the issue here is the cops acting like they were raised by wolves.

There is a very thin line between law enforcement and criminals, something about the thrill seeking mind that makes these two more similar to each other than different.

The problem is that there are cops who are constantly blurring those lines.

To NY PD credit they took this creep off the street with the quickness, I guess the poor dunce would have been better off unloading his clip on a black man, he would still have a job.

Monkeys with Guns: Cops and their Tasers.

I mean seriously, WTF is wrong with the cops?

I mean I know they have it tough but come the hell on, a blind woman?

What the hell kind of threat did they think she was?

A blind Shaolin Master?

A blind swordsmen?

I always felt the police on average were poorly trained but this right here takes it to new lows.

The Electronic Village has been talking about the police's newly developed fondness for the "shocking":

http://electronicvillage.blogspot.com/2008/07/baron-pike-joins-other-black-men-women.html

http://electronicvillage.blogspot.com/2008/07/5-day-suspension-for-darryl-turners.html

http://electronicvillage.blogspot.com/2008/07/charlotte-says-no-problem-to-officer.html

And on and on.

Apparently the cops like their Negroes on the crispy side.

The idea behind the taser is that it is supposed to keep the cops from using excessive force, of the 41 to 50 bullets to unarmed black men kind.

The argument against giving cops the tasers has always been that it would be quickly abused by law enforcement who would see it as an answer for all types of uncooperative suspects.

Now I like to give the cops hell because......well they deserve it.

But I am not with out understanding, sympathy, or even empathy for the job they have to do in communities that view them more as a problem than a solution.

But that again is their fault, when a poorly trained cop is set loose into community an abuses his authority, than gets protected by a union that fights tooth and nail to have them keep their job, than protected by their fellow officer's code of silence, and than gets off through the judicial system, well you can see why some people like to say F%^#& the police.

The mistrust between the police and some of the communities they are to "protect" and serve in has been bred into society for a while now, and it is in the best interest of both sides to clear up the channel's of communications so that both sides know who they are dealing with and what is acceptable conduct and not.

That way the next dude that catches one will most definitely deserve it as in this dude right here.....

Boy the moment he called me "Bro" I would of stayed pressing the button on his butt, he would of been able to turn on and off TVs, garage doors, and arcade joints just by walking around.

But I am not a cop.

Monkeys with guns 4: Caught On Tape: 18 Police Officers Give A Beating To 3 Shooting Suspects In Philly!

I reserve the right to with hold righteous anger and judgement in this case right here.

Here is what I mean, I am no fan of the cops, hell being a black man makes me genteically in capable of having any feeling other than dread or hate for cops.

But if you been around enough scandalous ni#@as in your life time, like I have, you know there are fools out there that are begging for an ass whooping of biblical proportions.

These dudes are shooting suspects, and as sociologic, (I think I just made up a word), goes if they are the ones who did the shooting it's almost a 95% chance the victim or victims were also black, making my empathy factor for these scum bags drop considerably.

So till I hear all the details and that it was not them I am holding back on the rage factor.

Not to say that the cops reaction were justified, because 1- it wasnt and, 2- if you let these monkeys have at it against the guilty it will be only a matter of time before they do it against the innocent.

Monkeys With Guns 3: FBI Prepares Vast Database Of Biometrics

From the Haitian Times:

CLARKSBURG, W. Va. -- The FBI is embarking on a $1 billion effort to build the world’s largest computer database of peoples’ physical characteristics, a project that would give the government unprecedented abilities to identify individuals in the United States and abroad.

Digital images of faces, fingerprints and palm patterns are already flowing into FBI systems in a climate-controlled, secure basement here. Next month, the FBI intends to award a 10-year contract that would significantly expand the amount and kinds of biometric information it receives. And in the coming years, law enforcement authorities around the world will be able to rely on iris patterns, face-shape data, scars and perhaps even the unique ways people walk and talk, to solve crimes and identify criminals and terrorists. The FBI will also retain, upon request by employers, the fingerprints of employees who have undergone criminal background checks so the employers can be notified if employees have brushes with the law.

Now who thinks that is a wonderful idea?

Who thinks that this power right here will not be abused?

On paper it is a very sexy idea, to be able to track a criminal all over the planet.

Real sexy.

So why do I keep getting the images of a monkey with a gun?

Slowly but surely the government is taking our rights away.

Keep sipping that Kool Aid.

Do Not Drink The Kool Aid 2: Report says U.S. jails more blacks than whites for drugs

Report says U.S. jails more blacks than whites for drugs

ATLANTA (Reuters) - Black Americans are 10 times more likely to be imprisoned for illegal drug offenses than whites, even though both groups use and sell drugs at the same rate, according to a study released on Tuesday.

Almost all large counties in the United States showed sharp disparities along racial lines in the sentencing of drug offenders, the study by the Washington-based Justice Policy Institute showed.

There were 1.5 million drug arrests out of 19.5 million drug users in 2002, it said. About 175,000 people were incarcerated for a drug offense, of which half were black, even though blacks account for 13 percent of the U.S. population, it said.

The study looked at data from 198 U.S. counties with the biggest population. Its findings were similar to others on the subject, but it is the first to look at relative incarceration rates at a local level.

"What you keep seeing is this towering drug admission rate for African Americans and a very small rate for whites. In many cases, the admission rate for whites is smaller than the (percentage of whites in the) whole population," said Jason Ziedenberg, the institute's executive director.

No, really?
Your kidding?
I thought we were genetically programed to go from the womb to the jail cell?
This is shocking. You mean all along it was you and not me?
I must say I do not know what to do with the rest of my life.
I mean I have been just dragging my feet in life thinking there is no reason to do anything useful with my life because I am destined for the Industrial complex, (sorry WAOD), that is the prison system.
Damn I guess I have to make something out of myself now.
Back to Planet Earth
I wonder how much they pay idiots like these to tell people things they already knew?

Again, don't tell me they are not out to get us!
Paranoid my ASS!

Do Not Drink The Kool Aid 1: Prison, God, and the Innocent Project

Another man goes free after serving hard time for a crime he did not commit.

The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported yesterday the release of another man wrongly convicted of rape.

Lets see that is:

1- Calvin Johnson Jr., convicted in 1983 of rape, aggravated sodomy, and burglary in College Park Ga. Served 15 and a half years before in 1999 exonerated with the help of Innocence Project (New York).

2- Douglas Echols convicted in 1987 of rape and kidnapping and robbery in Savannah. Exonerated in 2002 with the help of Innocence Project (New York).

3- Samuel Scott with Echols convicted in 1987 of rape and kidnapping and robbery in Savannah. Exonerated in 2002 with the help of Innocence Project (New York).

4- Clarence Harrison, convicted in 1987 of rape, robbery, and kidnapping in Decatur Ga. In 2004 exonerated with the help of Innocence Project (Georgia).

5- Robert Clark Convicted in 1982 of rape kidnapping and armed robbery in East Atlanta. In 2005 exonerated with the help of the Innocence Project (Georgia and New York).

6- Willie Otis “Pete” Williams, Convicted in 1985 of rape, kidnapping, and aggravated sodomy in Atlanta. In 2005 exonerated with the help of Innocence Project (Georgia).

7- John White convicted in 1979 of rape and robbery. In 2007 exonerated with the help of Innocence Project (Georgia).

This is just in Georgia, were not talking about not the rest of the country.

This is becoming very common place now, what always amazes me is that when they show these men they seem so calm, peaceful, forgiving.

I wonder how these men come out not having hate tattooed on their heart.

How do you not hate the judge, the DA, the jury the prison, the victim, white people, women, anything?

How do you not feel bitter about having your time in life robbed from you what in some cases maybe just plain old set up by the police and DA?

How do not want to act like an Islamic fundamentalist and murder everything moving?

With God in their heart I guess.

I know me, I would hate every living thing on this planet.

I know I would come out of there ready to do something that would send me back to prison with the quickness.

God could only save me, and he would have a tough time doing it.

But you know the sad thing about this that know realize is the there are two injustices that are done here.

The wrongly convicted and the victim of the rapes.

Just because these men were innocent does not mean that a crime did not take place.

Those women were raped and they were robbed of there opportunity to justice by what I would say less than competent police and DA work.

But no one ever puts these people up to task for it.

Hell the DA in the Duke Lacrosse case was disbarred for trying to put those boys on trial.

These men served hard time! 16, 15, 15, 17, 23, 28 years served by these men!

Just "oops my bad".

No disbarment no firing no pensions snatched back.

Naw family it cant be me, I am not that good of a person to not want a pound of flesh if that was done to me.

I would kill.

Thats why I think I need to take my butt to church I need some of that God love to keep me sane.

Thanks to the Innocent Project for caring and proving that yeah the "Man" is out to get us.

Monkeys with Guns 2: 3 Wis. Ex-Officers Sentenced in Beating

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Three white former police officers were sentenced to long prison terms Thursday for the off-duty beating of a biracial man, an attack that outraged the city and sent protesters into the streets.

http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5hBtQlIrhqMhdptN0JfpEh_BnyiBQD8T7MS780

My God, well this obviously a mistake!

If the officers had known they were beating down a biracial man I am positive they of done the right thing and just beaten the black side of him senseless and thus saved them selves from jail time.

It is obviously the biracial man's own fault for not wearing a sign saying,

“Hey I am only half black you are safe 50% of the time.”

To think those poor officers were duped into distributing a proper ass whooping meant for a black man to the white side of this mixed Frank Jude Jr.

I for one am outraged, and disgusted by the lack knowledge of the existence by whites to there genetic brethren.

I propose that a law be passed requiring all mixed race people to carry a card that clearly states percentage of blood line mixtures thus allowing people to practice the proper amount of discrimination and stereotyping.

Imagine a 50% white person being allowed to get profiled only half the time.

25% black? Well than you would only be followed around a store for 25% of the time your there just show the cashier your card before shopping.

You would be entitled to the percentage amount of your black blood to public assistance, affirmative action, race based admissions and such.

But fret not the white part of you will cover the rest through, privilege, nepotism, law enforcement bias, etc, etc.

Now of course if you are mixed with something other than white well, thats your ass.

Your mother father should of thought of your future.

For the rest of you just show your mixed race ID in hectic situations and rest assured that you will not be afforded the full wrath meant for a black person.

Side Bar: If you live in the New York area do not carry your ID in your wallet.

Monkeys with Guns 1: The Police and Little Old Ladies..

Hot Damn I knew the cops like to target people of color especially the never out of style "Shoot on site" black men but little black old women have been having a tough year, with the senseless killing of the 92 year old grandmother by the Narcos after they lied to get a no knock warrent down here in Atlanta. Now Chicago wants to get in the act. I got this from the Black Justice Blog who ripped it from the Chicago Sun Times.

Chicago cop's actions against mentally ill woman probed
November 6, 2007
BY
MARY MITCHELL Sun-Times Columnist
Unless an 82-year-old grandmother is holding a loaded gun, there's no excuse for police officers to use a Taser.
None.

But that's what happened Oct. 29 when Chicago Police officers went to a West Side home to make a "well-being" check. The officers were responding to a request from the city's Department of Aging.
Apparently, the department had received an anonymous tip that Lillian Fletcher, who has a history of mental illness, was home alone and in need of assistance.
When Fletcher refused to open her door, police were called. Although Fletcher cracked the door, she still refused to let her visitors into the house.
But police officers wouldn't take no for an answer and pushed their way in. Fletcher ran and got the hammer she keeps beside her bed.
"My grandmother is easily confused," her granddaughter, Traci Taylor, said Monday. "She probably didn't know what was going on."
Taylor is one of her grandmother's caregivers. She said her grandmother has schizophrenia and dementia.
Normally Fletcher is looked after by a homemaker or by her own daughter and Taylor. Only recently did these women find themselves between homemakers.
"She can be belligerent," Taylor said. But she's 82 years old, 5 feet 1 inch and weighs no more than 160 pounds, she added.
"I just don't think they should be Tasing 82-year-old women. That's ridiculous."
Reportedly swinging a hammer
According to a police source, when officers arrived, Fletcher was "swinging a hammer" and becoming "increasingly violent."
When Fletcher failed to stop as ordered, an officer discharged a Taser. Also, it's worth noting that Fletcher hasn't been charged with violating any laws.
"The matter is being looked into by the Office of Professional Standards, and the Chicago Police Department will also be reviewing the matter to determine if procedures were followed," a police spokesman said.
After Tasing Fletcher, officers took her to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where she was treated. Her family is concerned Fletcher may have suffered a stroke. Citing privacy laws, a hospital spokesman declined comment.
But Taylor said a social worker at the hospital advised relatives of the circumstances surrounding Fletcher's hospitalization. Fletcher was released five days later, but she is still complaining about her hip and a burn on her abdomen. Doctors told Fletcher's family that she should be seen by a neurologist because she has fluid on her brain and may have to undergo surgery.
'There has to be another way'
Unfortunately, despite Fletcher's documented mental condition, police officers -- including a sergeant -- resorted to the same tactics they use when they are dealing with violent criminals.
For instance, last August, Chicago Police officers were accused of causing the death of a South Side man after they subdued him with a Taser. The officers were responding to a 911 call placed by the man's family. Allegedly, Gefery Johnson was combative and resisted arrest. Officers used a Taser and pepper spray on Johnson, and he later died.
Last week, the Cook County medical examiner's office ruled Johnson's death "accidental" and blamed cocaine intoxication rather than the Taser.
About 150 field training officers will soon be equipped with new Tasers. About 200 sergeants have had Tasers for about five years. Obviously, there are times when a Taser should be used to keep the peace. And disabling an out-of-control person is better than shooting that person and asking questions later.
But in Fletcher's case, police officers showed extremely poor judgment. Even if she didn't look elderly, there was no question she was mentally disturbed.
How do these police officers justify using such force on an elderly woman? Where was their compassion?
"I want people to know what happened," Taylor said. "I want them to try and do something as far as regulating Taser use. We're talking about an 82-year-old woman.
"There has to be another way to stop her -- use your stick and block the hammer," she said. "Knock it out of her hand. How hard is that?"
