The domestic terrorist organization argues that Vick's conviction was about dog fighting and not drugs so he does not deserve any time off.
Which, begrudgingly, is true, however Vick got a heavier sentence than what he would have gotten because he tested positive for weed and lying about his involvement.
Thus his sentence would not have been as heavy if he had come clean.
Hhmmm I wonder if testing positive for weed wasw not a ploy in the first place?
